Challenge on the Keep Fitness Trainer App
The Keep Trainer App is a digital app that acts as a home fitness trainer to use anywhere at any time. Because of the pandemic and more effort and time that is required to go into a fitness studio. I got familiar with the app through my mother who uses it on a regular basis too for fitness and meditation regularly. After some fiddling with the app, I soon realised that that app could be the perfect tool to suit my needs. Since it is heavily time-consuming to keep up work in school and do the driver’s license at the same time, likely I won’t have time to go to any fitness studio nearby. Furthermore my way to school is pretty long too. I began to use the app on a regular basis mainly to stay fit with endurance & HIIT exercises. Soon I was referring to the app to my friends and one of them was willing to organize a challenge where we join a fitness plan and complete the daily workout consistently with a maximum of 4 days of breaks in one month allowed. Each of us would have to share an automated message over the internal social media platform. Of course it was not an easy process, there were definitely quite a few difficulties during the challenge, mostly including increased difficulty of exercises because of wrong practice. I would have to review descriptors of exercises several times in order to practice them correctly. Already more than 4 months have passed since the initiation of the Experience, there were clear ups and downs thoroughly, but I was mostly successful with my schedule.
